We had a class with our counsellor on E.Q.(emotional quotient).On how our emotions affect our process of learning and why it is important to be aware of our emotions.
She pointed some ways of doing it:

Know your emotions, be aware of what you are feeling

Managing emotions, step back and ask yourself why you are feeling that way.

Reaching out to people, helping and encouraging them is our duty as well as other peoples.

Getting motivated- whether self initiated or influenced by our friends.
Activity : a mind map on “Trusting Relations”, which included our learning agenda, our gaps, strengths, real self, etc…
